Scott Miller, MAI's president and operations manager, is a N.E.B.B.
Certified Testing and Balancing Engineer. Scott is responsible for all scheduling, submittals, reports, and field operations.
He is well versed with the demands of the industry. He currently manages eight field technicians.
Ronald Merlo
is MAI's treasurer and business manager. Ron is responsible for estimating and bookkeeping responsibilities. He understands
the importance of providing reasonable estimates for the various project types.
MILHARMER currently has fourteen full time staff and three part time
staff. Twelve of our full time workers are Testing and Balancing technicians. All of our field staff are OSHA 10 Certified.
Our field technician's experience range from 20 years to three years. Our philosophy with our field technicians is to hire
staff who want to be dedicated to being professional HVAC Testing and Balancing Technicians. We utilize Mass
Maritime and Wentworth Institute as recruiting locations. This allows our clients to have extreme confidence in the work of
our field staff.
